What is Energy Alignment Therapy?
For thousands of years, Chinese masters have understood that a direct relationship exists between the way in which energy flows in and around our body and our experience of emotional, mental and physical health.
Energy Alignment Therapy works directly with these energy channels (the same energy channels used in acupuncture and reflexology) and the energy field that surrounds us. It focuses on clearing the flow and enhancing the clarity and strength of the channels.
We all store patterns of stress in our body and internal organs. These patterns can block the continuous flow to life-energy, creating ill health or emotional disturbance. Energy Alignment Therapy can help clear these blockages, which can aid the natural healing process.
What treatments involve
I usually see a client for a set of four treatments within a six weeks. Each session is 90 mins long.
The treatments are relaxing and the client remains fully clothed and very little physical contact is required, although I do spend time holding their feet.
At the start the client stands for a few minutes and then lies down on a massage table covered in a soft blanket until the end where they stand again for a few minutes.
No words are spoken during the treatment but I’m happy to give feedback at the end of what i experienced during the session. I have found clients often feel a deep sense of validation that I can feel how they are without them verbally telling me anything.
Every session is different, driven entirely by the needs of the client.

About me
I have been treating clients since 2014 after graduating from a two year course at The Satvik Training School (accredited by the Alliance of Healing Associations).
I love what I do; it is a privilege to be able to help my clients feel stronger, clearer and lighter. I am a natural empath and it feels amazing to be able to use my sensitivies to help others, the part of me that historically was a limitation is now a gift.
The tools I learnt on my course, my daily Chi Gung practice and regular meditations have helped me through tough times, keeping me grounded, centred and calm as I ride the rollercoaster of life, from grieving my parents to looking after my three gorgeous sons and enjoying life with my wonderful husband and our friends.

Meditation Sessions and Chi Gung
I run weekly hour long meditation sessions to teach people skills/tools they can use to meditate and relax.
I teach some basic, fundamental principles of meditation and belly breathing. We do a couple of exercises. I then give a guided meditation where people get to completely relax and soak up the benefits of meditation. I go round the class holding people’s feet during this part.

Meditation is a brilliant tool to have to help you on the rollercoaster of life. I keep it simple and easy to learn, making it accessible for everyone.
I also teach my Chi Gung routine on request. For 15 years it has helped me feel grounded, calm and connected to myself and to Mother Nature. Its simple to learn and a valuable tool for life.
